The Meidlinger main road to which you bring the buses, offers you as a pedestrian street with many shops the opportunity to shop and relax in one of the cafes or bistros

Cancellation:
Cancellations are only accepted in writing. In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival date you will receive on the payment a credit that you can redeem for a later booking within one year. For cancellations within 21 days before arrival no refund of the deposit occurs , the deposit counts as a cancellation fee . For cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Deposit: For long-term rent for a security deposit is mandatory .
As a key deposit Euro shall be deposited 100.00.
