By paying 20 % of the total , the apartment is reserved for you .
The balance is due in cash ( Euros ) on arrival .
For cancellations in writing ( e-mail) within 21 days before arrival date the deposit will be converted into a valid one years credit for one of our apartments .
Arrival from 14:00 clock , departure till 10:00 clock , other times upon request.
